Dr Satish Rasaily was born as second child to Mr NK Rasaily and Mrs Purna KumariPradhan at Gangtok, Sikkim. He completed MD Psychiatry from RIMS, Imphal in 2012 and joined NIMHANs Bangalore to pursue Postdoctoral fellowship in Addiction Medicine. He was one of the first psychiatrist to be posted in Gyalshing District, West Sikkim in 2014 where he initiated and conducted 300 awareness campaigns to reach out to community to de stigmatize mental disorders & drug use disorders. In 2015, he was posted to East District (Singtam District Hospital) as Nodal officer of DMHP (District Mental Health Program) and OST (Opioid Substitution Therapy). He launched " Grameen Manasik Swastha Abhiyan- rural mental health program" comprising of almost 20 different targeted programs targeting health workers, ASHA, ICDS workers, Teachers, NGOs, Panchayats, women's, and school children with an objective to educate community on mental health, suicide prevention and substance abuse. Campaigns such as winning ways to wellbeing program, women's mental health campaign, mobile mental health campaign, parental counseling programs, East District Suicide prevention awareness month, East District Mental health awareness month, East District Drug abuse awareness week, sensitization of traditional healers, pledge campaign were part of Grameen Manasik Swastha Abhiyan.

My father is a retired health assistant and mother is a teacher. Am the youngest sibling have one elder brother and sister. I did my schooling from East point senior secondary school Singtam,St.josephs Martam and St. Xavier's Pakyong. I completed my undergraduate from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences (SMIMS) and internship in the year 2020. Thereafter I joined as Medical officer in Drug Treatment Centre (DTC), Singtam, East Sikkim on 13th May 2021.

Miss Ranju Chettri , born and raised in Rangpo , East Sikkim. She pursued her elementary school from Little Bells than completed high secondary from Kendriya Vidhalaya, Singtam , Sikkim. She completed her graduation and post-graduation in Clinical Psychology from Amity University Noida, UP in 2019. She is a great believer of Spirituality and is a practitioner of Rajyoga mediation since 11 years. She did her dissertation on topic “Unconditional Self – Acceptance, Emotional Regulation among practitioners and non- practitioners of Mindfulness Meditation “. She have done her internship from various hospitals and Institution from Central Referral Hospital Manipal and STNM Hospital Gangtok, Sikkim and in Kailash Hospital Noida, UP. She have also worked in NGO and in Spastic School.

Since 2nd October 2020, she has been working as a counsellor of DTC, Centre of Addiction Medicine & Drug Treatment Clinic, Chuwatar, West Pandam. She have done a certified course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. In Addiction Centre she takes daily Psycho – Spiritual classes and Meditation to the patient.

Myself a staff nurse Tshering Kizom Bhutiya. I was born on 21st July 1996, my birthplace is middle Sumin East Sikkim. My father name is Thupden Bhutiya and my mother name is Phumden Bhutiya. I completed my high school from Sumin Secondary School in the year 2011 and my higher Secondary School from Central Pendam Senior Sceondary School in the year 2015 under CBSE Board. Then I pursued the course of Bsc. Nursing from Sai Collage of Nursing Andhra Pradesh Rajahmundry in the year 2019. After completing the course directly I got an opportunity to work as staff nurse in DTC District Hospital Singtam since 24th October 2020.
