Dr. Dhrubajyoti Bhuyan was born on 19th December 1979. He passed his MBBS from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh in June’2002 and received his Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Psychiatry from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Assam in July 2007. He is currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of Psychiatry, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh. He is life fellow member of Indian Psychiatric Society. He has many publications in various scientific journals. He has also written many articles and edited psychiatric updates published by Indian Psychiatric Society, Assam State Branch. He is Co author of Clinical Practice Guideline for Psychiatrists in India for Psychotherapies and Alternative methods of Treatment in Psychiatry and contributed on Brief Intervention for Substance Use Disorders. He is the principal investigator of many research projects. He has presented many papers, given guest lectures and chaired sessions in various CMEs and conferences across the country. He has been involved with various TV and Radio shows for public awareness.

Dr. Pinky Poddar

Dr. Pinky Poddar was born on 30th june, 1987. She passed her MBBS from Guwahati Medical College, Guwahati , Assam in February 2013 and completed her internship in Feruary 2014 and passed Post Graduate Degree (MD) in Psychiatry from Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Assam in January, 2020. She is ordinary fellow member of Indian Psychiatric Society. She has presented scientific paper and symposium in ANCIPS, 2019. Currently, she is working as a medical officer in DTC , AMCH, Dibrugarh.

Mr. Anuraag Saikia

Anuraag Saikia from Namrup, Dibrugarh was born in October 22 1995. He has completed his Masters in Social Science (Sociology) from Tezpur University, in 2019. Before joining DTC Scheme as a Counsellor, he used to play chess professionally and served in DDCA Dibrugarh District Chess Association (2015-2017) as an executive member and presently he is also serving as a Joint secretary of Dibrugarh District Chess Association 2022

The present job and responsibility as a Counsellor in DTC, Dibrugarh AMCH since 20th of January 2022 has been quite a learning experience for him and he wants to make an effort and give his best to the work of the DTC scheme.
