Dr.Wangba Konyak was born on 27-02-1992 in a town called Mon. He is the son of Shri Wanmei Konyak and Smt. Eji Konyak. He did his schooling at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Mon and passed out HSLC in the year 2008 under Nagaland Board of School Education. He continued to pursued his 10+2 under science stream at Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Kohima and passed out HSSLC in the year 2010 under Nagaland Board of School.He got selected for MBBS through joint entrance exam (JEE) in the year 2011. He studied MBBS from Ajmer, Rajasthan and completed in the year 2017. Since May 2018 he has been serving as the Medical Officer of Drug Treatment Clinic, NHAK, Kohima. He also attended Induction Training in September 2019 organized by RRCC RIMS and NDDTC AIIMS.

I was born and brought up in Kohima, Nagaland. I was the eldest among the siblings in my family. I have done my high school from Christ King Higher Secondary School and Higher Secondary from Mezhirr Hr. Sec. School Kohima. Then completed my Bechelor’s degree from Nowrosjee Wadia college Pune. And I have completed my Master’s degree from Nagaland Unuversity. Also I have undergone a Clinical Exposure Program of Mental Health at LGBRIMH Tezpur in the year 2006. In the year 2017 I was under field placement at Kripa Foundation (an organization battling with drug addiction and HIV/AIDS). Currently I am working as a Counsellor in DTC NHAK Kohima, Nagaland.

I was born as second child among three sibling to Thinuoneituo Angami & Visino Mejura at Phesama Village, District kohima, Nagaland. I have passed out my High School Leaving Examination at St. Paul School Phesama and Higher Secondary Examination at St. Joseph’s College jakhama.

Then I pursued the course of ANM at F.H.W School of Nursing Tuensang and passed out in the year 2016. I started to work as Female Health Worker at T.B. Hospital Khuzama as substitute for two months. In May 2016, I worked as practical experience for three months at NHAK. Then fortunately I was appointed as DTC Nursing staff in May 2018.
