Dr. Ningthoujam Gyaneshwar Singh

Dr. Ningthoujam Gyaneshwar Singh was born at Thanga in Bishnupur District, Manipur. He completed his MBBS in 1986 and then he did House Training for 2 years. He joined Manipur Health Service as Medical officer in 1989. He rendered his service as a Medical Officer in different parts of Manipur including hilly area of PHC Phungyar in Ukhrul District for one year and valley areas such as in CHC Moirang for 3 years, PHC Thanga for 3 years, TB Hospital Chingmeirong for 3 years. After this he served as a Psychiatrist in District Hospital Churachandpur for 12- 13 years. Since July 2017 he is serving as a Senior Psychiatrist at District Hospital Bishnupur and also took in charge of Nodal Officer of DTC since then. Beyond his normal duty he took charges as Nodal Officer of ART and District Mental Health Program (DMHP) respectively. Under DMHP he is organising various mass awareness program on mental health issues of community and TIs, visiting Wellness centres and providing OPD services, outreach services, home visit for mental health patients who are unable to attend clinic set up etc.

Sangzinlung Seangwon Pammei

Dr. Sangzinlung Seangwon Pammei (Dr.S.S.Pammei) was born on 01-08-1980 in Majuron village, Kangvai Sub-Division, Churachandpur District. He is the youngest son of Mr S.P. Mathuisinpou and Mrs. S.P. Achangna. He passed out his Class X examination from Board of Secondary Education, Manipur in the year 1996 and Class XII from Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur in 1999. He studied MBBS in RIMS and passed out in 2015 from Manipur University completed his internship in 2016. He served as Junior Resident for 3 months in General Surgery Department in JNIMS, Imphal. Also he served as Junior Resident in Surgical Oncology Department, RIMS, Imphal.

Khwairakpam Sumati Devi

Khwairakpam Sumati Devi was born at Ningthoukhong Bishnupur District. She pursued her higher studies (M.A., M.Phil.& Ph.D in Sociology) from Chaudhury Charan Singh University Meerut, U.P. She worked as a Lecturer in Sociology Department in Hindu Girls College at Jagadhari in Yamuna Nagar district of Haryana for two years. She worked as a Project Coordinator of CHAHA Project- the Care & Support program for Children affected By HIV & AIDS in Bishnupur District funded by Global Fund and Project Manager of MSM- ORCHID Project in SASO funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in Imphal East & Imphal West Districts. She also supported Community Action for Sexual Health & Rights for Adolescents & Youths, ACTION Project as a Site Coordinator of Imphal East which was a Pilot Project implemented by SASO funded by European Commission (EC). She also served as a Senior Consultant at Directorate of Census Operations, Manipur under the Office of the Registrar General & Census Commissioner of India, Ministry of Home Affairs as an outsourced staff. Since 2016 July, she is working as a counsellor of DTC Bishnupur till date

Nongthombam Ranjita Devi

She was born at Thoubal Kshetry Leikai, Thoubal District. She passed her High School Leaving Examination in 1998 from Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) and Higher Secondary Examination in 2000 from Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur. Then she pursued the course of ANM in Social Development Project, Bishnupur and passed in 2003 from Assam Nurses’ Midwives and Health Visitor’s Council. She started to work as a Female Health Worker in Imphal Hospital & Research Centre for one month. Then married to Ngashekpam Shamu Singh of Ngakchroupokpi Maning Leikai, Bishnupur District in 2011. She started to work as Experience Nurse in District Hospital Bishnupur for one year. She is working as a Nurse of DTC at District Hospital, Bishnupur since 1st July 2016 till date
