Dr Athokpam Ranita Devi was born at Kwakeithel Mayaikobi Imphal West District, Manipur. She is second daughter amongst seven siblings born to her parents.

After passing her MBBS in the year 2004 from Regional Institute of Medical Sciences she joined as a Medical Officer in Manipur Health Services in 2006.

She completed her MD Psychiatry from Department of Psychiatry, Regional Institute of Medical Sciences Lamphelpat Imphal in the year 2013. Currently she is working as Senior Psychiatrist at District Hospital Thoubal Manipur and also working as State Nodal Officer, National Mental Health Program, NHM Manipur since December, 2018.

She has organized various training programs for Medical Officers, Nurses and paramedical and also spearheaded Mental Health Activities – Awareness Programs, Targeted Intervention Programs, etc. in the State.


Dr. Kongkham Meena Devi

Dr. Kongkham Meena Devi was born on 1st April, 1988. She lives at Nambol Maibam Chingmang, Bishnupur District. She had passed her class X Examination from Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM) in the year 2003 and Class XII from Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur in 2005. Then she joined Regional Institute of Medical Science, RIMS, Imphal as a Medical Student and passed out MBBS in the year 2015 from Manipur University. Then, she had served as a Junior Resident in the Department of Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery, RIMS for 5 months and in the year Department of Psychiatry, RIMS for 6 months. Presently, she is serving as a Medical Officer in DTC, District Hospital, Thoubal.


Achom Sharat Singh

Mr. Achom Sharat Singh was born on 1st March, 1972 at Sagolband Tera Amudon Leirak, Imphal West District. He passed his Graduation (Chemistry Honours) in the year 1993 from Manipur University. He completed his M.Sc. Chemistry from Dibrugarh University, Assam in 1997. He has done his Post Graduation Diploma on Material Testing (MT) from NSIC Technical Institute, Balitikuri, Howrah, West Bengal in 1998. He got Master of Social Work (MSW) under IGNOU in 2017. Since 2002, he served as Project Manager in different TI-Projects (viz Migrant Workers Project, MSMs & Injecting Drug Users) supported by Manipur State AIDS Control Society (MACS) under NACO, Department of AIDS Control, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. During the period 2011-12, he worked as State Trainer on Counselling of Specific Issues. In the year 2014-15, he worked as Team-in-Charge (TIC) in the National Integrated Biological and Behavioural Survey (IBBS) in the Thoubal District of Manipur under National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Department of AIDS Control (DAC), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. In 2015, he worked as Co-ordinator, Green Foundation – Social Mobilization and Institutional Development under National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), Ministry of Housing & Urban Poverty Alleviation (Govt. of India). Again, he served as Project Manager, YARD- Injecting Drug Users (IDUs) Targeted Intervention (TI-Project supported by Manipur State AIDS Control Society (MACS), Thoubal. Presently, he is working as a Counsellor of DTC, District Hospital, Thoubal from the 13th June, 2017 under the scheme ‘Enhancing the Functioning of Drug De-Addiction Centre’.


Thounaojam Sanahalbi Devi

Thounaojam Sanahalbi Devi was born on 1st April, 1992. She lives at Thoubal Wangmataba Mathak Leikai, Thoubal District. She had passed her class X Examination from Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM) in the year 2007 and Class XII from Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur in 2009. Then she pursued the course of ANM in Royal School of Nursing, Porompat, Imphal East District and passed in 2012 from Manipur Nursing Council. She worked as a Female Health Worker in Langol View and Charitable Clinic and Maternity Home, Langol, Imphal for one year and she also worked as a Female Health Worker in Iboyaima Hospital and Research Centre, Singjamei, Imphal for one and half years, experience in OPD. Presently, she is serving as a Nurse in DTC, District Hospital, Thoubal
